We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a SRE you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our services and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust systems that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

???? System Monitoring and Incident Response:

  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of our systems and services.
  • Respond promptly to incidents troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and customer impact.

???? Infrastructure Automation and Configuration Management:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline the deployment and configuration of infrastructure components.
  • Implement infrastructure as code principles to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability across environments.

Requirements:

  • Batchelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar Computing discipline,
  • Proven Experience in a similar role, with a focus on reliability engineering, systems administration, and/or DevOps,
  • Hands-on experience in CICD pipeline design and implementation for on-prem and cloud environments,
  • Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Unix shell, or PowerShell,
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (preferably GCP) and experience with IaC tools (e.g Terraform),
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELF stack or similar,
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Essential technical skills/certs:

  • Java, Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Python, Shell, Groovy, Helm, Docker, Terraform,
  • Application monitoring and test automation best practices and tools,
  • Working with API and microservice technologies,
  • Databases (PostgreSQL),
  • Cloud technologies: (GCP).
