We are looking for a Guitar, Singing/Paino and Violin teacher to join our team.

Replay Music Academy is a music and performing arts studio providing individual and group music lessons on a variety of instruments.

We are looking for new teachers to join our staff.

Our mission is to provide quality music tuition and industry training to our student base through support, nurture and inspiration.

Teachers are the essential keystone to passing on a comprehensive arts education and we are looking for a brilliant and committed teacher who is passionate about their work, diligent, extremely reliable, an outstanding communicator, and a dedicated team player.

In this role you will:

• Teach private students in a oneonone lesson structure tailoring their lessons to their age, skill level, needs, and musical goals through support, nurture, and inspiration.
• Empower students to thrive in music education and themselves.
• Build a lasting relationship with them and their parents that makes a profound and positive difference in their music education.
• Delight our clients and exceed their expectations with aboveandbeyond service and communication.
• Maintain good retention.
• Become an active part of our team.
• Communicate with our team and director about student progress and studio operations.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate that you have:

• A passion for teaching.
• A true desire to serve our mission and to continually provide excellent quality music lessons.
• Excellent communication skills including communication regarding students' progress and studio operations to students, parents, and our director/administration.
• Reliability for both the students and coworkers.

Your role is an essential part of the experience to help our students and parents feel supported, valued, and cherished members of our community.

You understand that the highest priority is service, clients, and their care. You always want students - no matter who it is - to have the best experience. This includes anticipating and adapting to their needs in every interaction with clients. We aim to put a smile on our student's faces and a sparkle in their eye.

Our greatest measure of success is client retention, and you understand that preserving and cherishing the relationships we have with our clients is a top priority.

Hours Per Week: 2 teaching days (approx 8 hours - with the potential to expand if desired).

Location: 35 Interlink Drive, Craigieburn 3059.

Rate:
$30-36 an hour. TBD based on experience and qualifications. Super is paid on top of your teaching rate.
