We are currently seeking energetic and bubbly individuals with a passion for service to join our team as Floor Hosts.

As a Floor Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel welcome and have an unforgettable experience at our café

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure prompt seating
  • Maintain a clean and organised dining area
  • Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently
  • Assist in managing reservations and walkin guests
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
