Role Summary:


Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Procurement Manager for our corporate shared service portfolio is a newly created opportunity in our Supply Chain Team based at our Perth Office.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead and develop a team of Category Managers and Purchasing Officers (buyers) through reinforcement of the Synergy values.
  • Responsible for key vendor performance management and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the performance of Synergy's commercial transactions to achieve value for money.
  • Ensure high supplier performance to meet Synergy contractual requirements.
  • Maintain and develop contractual documents to ensure they are of a high quality and aligned to Synergy contracting and procurement standards.
