Job Description

As a growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multidisciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants living in the south west Sydney region and are looking to expand our team into a new clinic based in Prestons.

We would welcome an highly experienced Speech Pathologist who wants to work for a company where professional development and career progression is a reality.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Deliver much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes and the local community
  • Use clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

About you

  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist in the NDIS
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Pro-active attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
  • Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
