We are looking for a driven Performance Analyst to join our dynamic and high performing Performance Insights team.

As part of a wider Data and Analytics function our focus is around providing commercial and operational modelling and analytical advice to inform Goodstart's commercial strategy, operational efficiency and child outcomes.

With your strong quantitative analysis skills and your ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, you will be an exceptional thinker, with a naturally curious and inquisitive mindset.

You will be experienced with providing advice and translating analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.

Your Impact:

Develop, maintain and improve performance reporting and dashboard solutions to support the organisation, including key reports and self
- service tools.
Provide ad hoc analysis to help solve business problems, support business initiatives or identify business trends.

Interrogate data to provide insights, with a focus on root cause identification and actionable insights for improvement conclusions and action recommendations.

Support Senior Performance Analysts with commercial and operational modelling tasks.
Proactively identify systemic performance trends and patterns to inform learnings and operational action.
Partner with and develop deep business expertise with a range of business functions.

You'll bring to the table:

Experience with Performance Analysis in a Business Performance/Improvement or Analytical Function or Business Consulting Team is essential.
A degree in an analytical discipline is essential.

A demonstrated experience with the development of data visualization and performance dashboards using interactive self-service tools (Power BI) for operational end users and managers.

Working experience with R or Python is beneficial.
