About You

Minimum Requirements:

• MIG welding/fabrication background
• Hand tool proficiency
• Ability to interpret and follow drawings
• Capability to collaborate in a team or independently
• Willingness to travel to job sites when needed e.g., branch travel and occasional Saturday work
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with basic truck maintenance, loading/unloading trucks, and inventory management

Desirable:

• MR license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory)

About the Role

You will be in charge of:

• Welding and fabricating aluminum and steel parts
• Supervising inventory management and ensuring a well-ordered workshop
• Maintaining high-quality repairs and maintenance of height safety systems
• Overseeing basic truck upkeep and ensuring efficient loading/unloading operations
