Kindergym Coordinator/instructor

WE ARE HIRIING KINDERGYM COORDINATOR/ INSTRUCTOR_

Do you have a love for gymnastics and working with children? Are you a Kindergym Instructor who is looking for an additional challenge?

Kindergym Instructors are responsible for providing a safe play environment which encourages children's cognitive, physical, and social development through free and guided play.

The Kindergym Coordinator has the additional responsibility of programming and planning sessions as well as overseeing the running of classes and the greater program.

We are looking for someone to work roughly 17-25 hours per week with the following shifts aligning with school terms:
Tuesday & Thursday 8:15am - 2:15pm

Wednesday 8am - 12:30pm

Additional hours for lesson planning, termly equipment resets, and department meetings.

Our new team member will require the following qualifications:

• First aid & CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Intermediate Kindergym Qualification
• Current Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership

We are also hoping for applicants to have:

• Great interpersonal skills
• Be inclusive and welcoming
• The ability to prepare, implement and evaluate quality, safe, innovative and challenging classes tailored to individual skills
• Ability to coordinate with management team
• Strong organisational skills
