We are looking for support workers to join our caring and genuine team

St George, Sutherland and Bayside areas.

Tasks will include but not be limited to: assisting the client in the maintenance of their homes, personal hygiene, feeding, medication, shopping, social support and community access.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Police Check and First Aid.
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • Genuine regard to provide support to the elderly.
  • Caring and patient nature.
  • Commitment to ongoing development.
  • COVID Vaccination with Booster (as per government requirements).
  • Experience in the care industry. Not essential if you are willing to learn and have a genuine sincerity towards others.
  • Bilingual (desirable but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Home Care: 1 year (preferred)
Aged Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Access to your own vehicle? (preferred)
- comprehensive insurance (preferred)

  • Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
