The Opportunity

Canberra team as a
Customer Service/Order Management Representative.

Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation:
from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.


You will be liaising with customers such as homeowners and builders, you'll be the first point of contact for Lysaght, ensuring all our customers receive exceptional service.

Your day will see you managing the customer order lifecycle from beginning to end, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Partnering closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations, success will grow from your ability to embrace the persistence to see a job through to the end.


What Will You Do?
- following up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
- provide internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and market information

- demonstrated computer competency including MS Office
