About your role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire recruitment process, and providing valuable market insights.

Your knack for discovering new candidates through various channels will be vital in this role and your dedication to maintaining strong client relationships will significantly contribute to your own and team success.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing shortterm and longterm recruitment campaigns for clients.
  • Managing the recruitment process professionally and effectively from start to finish.
  • Delivering comprehensive and informed market updates to clients and candidates.
  • Discovering new candidates for the business using various methods including headhunting, referrals, job boards, and networking.
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews with candidates while thoroughly briefing them about roles.
  • Maintaining a portfolio of candidates by staying in close contact with active ones
  • Developing company maps/profiles for headhunting purposes
  • Keeping clients informed about progress and managing their expectations
  • Undertaking specific headhunting projects as required to support the wider team
