Every day will be different including:

  • Setting up suppliers
  • Processing & issuing invoices
  • Matching invoices against employee expenses
  • Issuing & matching purchase orders
  • Payables data entry
  • Following up on payments
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Liaising with various internal depts & more
You will need;

  • Accounting experience & AP/ AR knowledge
  • Computer & IT savvy including Intermediate Excel
  • Selfdirected/ selfdriven
  • Proactive with a 'Can-Do' approach to work
Work close to home in Castle Hill (onsite parking) with a friendly and supportive team If you are available for an asap start, commencing on a timesheet basis (via the Agency) and want full time hours then APPLY NOW
