About Us
About the Role
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all necessary support services and supervision of the day-to-day running of the dental facility.
You will manage the practice in relation to administration, quality systems, budgetary requirements and staffing matters and enable the delivery of high-quality dental healthcare to patients in accordance with Australian Standards and Defence Policies and Procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Diploma in Practice Management OR a minimum of 2 years fulltime (or parttime equivalent) experience as Practice Manager within the last 5 years
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
- Demonstrated management skills such as leadership, staff development, and conflict resolution.

The ACT Health Centre is brand new facility - having opened in mid and is an amalgamation of the Duntroon and Russell Health Centres.

As an experienced Practice Manager, you are able to utilise your leadership and organisational skills to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.
You thrive in a busy environment and are an excellent multi-tasker who implements and oversees procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and quality systems.
Your people skills mean you are equally comfortable managing staff and interacting with patients and you take great pride in being the face of a facility to those in its care.
