Clinical Applications Specialist - General Sonography / Ultrasound

Right now there is a perfect opportunity for an experienced general sonographer to join their professional services team in Sydney.

As the Applications specialist for General Imaging sonography products your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Training customers on the best use of Ultrasound products
  • Support the sales team with technical input for tenders and quotes
  • Be the trusted advisor for customer enquiries.
  • Manage technical product escalations internally to ensure that all issues and queries with regards to product offerings are prioritised.

In your role you will interact heavily with Service, Sales and Solutions architecture teams and you support the sales process and enable continued sales growth.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in sonography and a minimum of 5 years clinical or industry experience across multiple streams
  • Experience with General Imaging ultrasound products
  • A willingness to train users on US products in the field.
  • An outgoing personality and the ability to engage at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills

  • You are interested in making technical presentations of technical healthcare solutions.
  • You are customer focused, having the customer at the forefront of your mind and providing a high level of professional support when under pressure.
  • You have a genuine interest in marketing and strategic sales activities
