Your role with us:


As our
Community Manager, YOU will be the facilitator of helping grow, engage and maintain the Kick community through social media platforms and stream chats.

Ever had a DM answered by your crush and feel special and super cool afterwards? Well now you're the crush and you get to answer all the DMs your crush gets.


You will be responsible to answer incoming DMs via Twitter and Instagram, by helping people with any queries they may have or even appreciating their move across to Kick You will also be given the opportunity to engage with streamers via chat and help boost their content by subs or shout outs.

Content production will also be a component of this position as well.

This position will have shift work given the nature of the streaming industry.

Our team works five days a week, with four days in office and one day at home on the weekend.

Shift days are Tuesday - Saturday, and Sunday - Thursday, and current working hours are either 7am - 3pm or 11am - 7pm.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in managing and maintaining a large social media/online community
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about streaming culture
  • Have knowledge of the streaming industry and its operations
  • Enjoying staying up to date with trends and popculture
  • Previous experience working in an officebased environment

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Bi-lingual in English and anything else
  • Experience using social media tools such as Buffer, TweetDeck, Hootsuite, Discord, etc.
  • Sports, gambling and cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous
