The day to day:

  • Ensure ONE55 provides world class fitness exercise that exceeds expectations
  • Maximise fitness class attendance through monitoring the quality of all programs and timetable offering to be the leading provider of group fitness in Western Sydney
  • Recruit, develop and retain the best instructors
  • Actively engage with all members ensuring customer satisfaction and member retention

A passionate, knowledgeable and experienced fitness professional who is driven

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Group Fitness management experience
  • Experience in the development of group fitness timetables
  • Strong industry experience
  • People leadership experience
  • Cert III or IV Fitness
  • Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Accreditation
  • Availability to work across a 7day week (max. 20 hours per week)
