What you'll be doing


You will complete a Certificate III Electrotechnology (Electrician) over 48 months through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience with Centennial.


  • This is a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprenticeship opportunity._
This unique combination of formal education and work experience will give you the opportunity to:

  • Assist qualified tradesman in the repairs and maintenance of heavy mining equipment
  • Undertake equipment diagnostic testing and repairs
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • Conduct inspections and find fault finding on equipment
  • Work at an underground mine site
