The Role
- Conduct private/ open inspections
- Prepare online marketing campaigns
- Providing feedback to landlords with properties on market for lease.
- Responding to leasing enquiries
- Oversee signup processes with new tenants
- Liaise with tenants to answer all incoming queries
- Support with all maintenance management processes
- Create strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- At least 612 months experience preferred but not essential
- Current COR, Driver's license and reliable car
essential: - A genuine passion for real estate, can do attitude
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- First class customer service skills and great relationship building abilities
- Must be well spoken and impeccably groomed
