Our client is your trusted windscreen repairer, based all over the country. They work with all the major insurance companies as well as the regular customers who are seeking quality repair or replacement for their vehicle.

About the role:

We currently have exciting opportunities for eager new starters to join our clients' branch in Epping as Apprentice Windscreen Fitters. We are looking for hands-on, customer experience champions to join their team without the need to apply. We want individuals who are passionate about learning and growing, aiming for a career, not just a job. Similar roles are available in different Melbourne locations.

Duties Include:

  • Attend the business to learn the trade
  • Hands-on learning as well as theory
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Problem-solving
  • Communicating with team members and customers

Skills and Experience:

  • Customer-focused and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience
  • Driver's licence is mandatory, manual essential
  • Reliable, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Retail or automotive knowledge is advantageous but not necessary
