Due to growth, we are now seeking to expand our team. We are open to both
full time and
part time staff to join the garden maintenance crews. Keeping our regular customers gardens in order is a rewarding and physically demanding task. Work will be located amongst inner suburbs of Melbourne, Melbourne's south eastern suburbs through to the Mornington Peninsula.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance of residential and commercial gardens to an impeccable standard ensuring the outdoor space remains inviting and enjoyable.
  • Identification of plants and caring for ornamental and edible plants including correct use of treatment for pests, disease, and weeds
  • Regular liaison with clients and managing work undertaken.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will:

  • Have previous experience working with highend gardens.
  • Have a friendly positive attitude and outstanding communications skills.
  • Be punctual, keeping to time allocations and following systems is very important to this position.
  • Have competence in being able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Possess high attention to detail.
