CONVERGENCE PRODUCT OWNER - PRODUCT

Role purpose & environment:


The Convergence team is responsible for developing the 3-5-year Convergence 'north-star', as well as executing on initiatives that achieve their strategic convergence goals.

They are also custodians of their convergence targets, driving performance excellence across key business and CX metrics.


The objective of the Convergence Product owner - Products is to work in partnership with the business and the Head of Convergence, to develop the strategic roadmap, prioritisation and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.

This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong relationship building across Customer Lifecycle management, Marketing, Product & Devices, Network and IT/GTM teams.


Key accountabilities:

  • Develop Product experience 'northstar' for Convergence across the company's brands, ensuring buyin from key stakeholders and aligning the broader Convergence, and Consumer strategies
  • Develop the execution plan for Convergence Product experience initiatives, utilising a datadriven customer centric approach
  • Lead crossfunctional squads in the delivery of short and longerterm convergence initiatives.
  • Utilise household data and customer analytics to size and prioritise initiatives and formulate a roadmap of activities based on the most material opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of regular and automated reporting on key metrics and measure the success of key initiatives.
  • Drive a relentless focus on identifying areas for continuous improvement and be a champion for customer and employee driven change.
  • Seek partnerships with the right external vendors, to ensure their digital and channel technology is fitforpurpose
  • Keepup to date with competitive analysis, consumer trends and global best practice.
  • The role is responsible for delivering key Convergence KPIs as defined by the Convergence strategy.

About You:


Working across various internal and external stakeholder groups, they will require strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, as well as presentation skills to communicate our vision.


Designing the future convergence experiences for the company's brands, will require a human-centred design thinking approach, that puts their people and customers first.


  • Professional experience required includes:_
  • Experience as a Product owner or Transformation expert within a largescale servicebased industry or Telecommunications industry
  • Experience in product or marketing strategy or product development role
  • Experience working in an Agile or similar environment, managing large crossfunctional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Finance. MBA and/or Agile/PO certification is highly desirable
