As a baker at Frenchies you'll be required to look after the production of all our breads as well as our viennoiseries.

At Frenchies every product is made in house and baked daily.

Our breads are sourdough based, as well as our baguettes. We make a whole range of different breads using quality organic flour.


We produce on top of that a full range of ever evolving range of viennoiseries: croissants, chocolate croissants, brioche, brioche feuilletée and many more.


We are looking for someone with experience, skilled in all aspects of the profession, including but not limited to: shaping, laminating, fermenting, baking.


We need someone able to plan his work responsibly, work within a small team of passionate pastry chefs and with the ability to uphold our quality standards.

Training is provided to explain what we expect in terms of quality.

Salary:
$65,000.00 per year
