To support their expansion, they are searching for a skilled General Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy to lead their enterprise architecture endeavors.


Role Overview:

As the General Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy, you will spearhead the development and execution of enterprise-wide architecture strategies to drive the company's objectives.


Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in aligning technology solutions with business strategy, fostering innovation, and maintaining a competitive edge.


Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps to support growth and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to articulate technology strategies aligned with business goals and bolster competitiveness.
Lead the assessment and selection of technology platforms, solutions, and vendors to meet business requirements and drive innovation.

Advocate for digital transformation initiatives like cloud adoption, data analytics, and emerging technologies to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.

Offer strategic leadership and guidance to the enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continual improvement.
Partner with business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction through technology.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and best practices in enterprise architecture and technology governance.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or IT leadership, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
A proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies that drive business value and innovation.

Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices like TOGAF, Zachman, and ITIL.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A strategic mindset focused on results and a passion for driving technology innovation and transformation.
Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) and relevant technologies are advantageous.
