The client

Our client is a private Landlord that has a portfolio comprising Commercial A & B Grade Office assets and Hotels all over Australia.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role would provide you with the support and training to learn the ropes of Commercial Asset Management, Leasing, Property Administration, Divestments, Aquisitions, and more

The Role

Within this role, you will be working with the Senior Asset Manager in the team to ensure their portfolio is run seamlessly.

This role is a pathway to becoming a successful and knowledgeable Commercial Asset Manager and duties include;

  • Accompany the Asset Managers with inspections and meetings
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and company staff
  • Be involved in the back end of divestments, acquisitions, and projects
  • Provide some analytic assistance with property data
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • A Bachelor Degree in Property and Real Estate or similar
  • Keen interest in a longterm career in Asset Management
  • High skills in Microsoft Suite
  • Proven listening & customer service skills
  • Proven ability to communicate articulately, both verbal and written
  • Proven time management skills
  • The ability to learn and understand propertyspecific terminology and confidently liaise with industry professionals
