$25 million Australian business with branches in NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Our client provides medical devices to healthcare sector including NDIS providers, hospitals, aged care facilities.
The role
You will report to the Financial Controller, work closely with a supportive team of six and have sole responsibility for the accounts receivable function in an SAP environment.
The role offers complexity and plenty of internal and external contact.The responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- preparing bank reconciliations and allocating payments from multiple revenue streams.
- manage investigations related to allocation of funds, missing purchase orders, invoicing issues, customer enquiries and requests, liaising with customers, the warehouse, customer service team and rentals team.
- account reconciliations and preparing monthly statements.
- solid full function accounts receivable experience.
- demonstrated ability to manage complexity and volumes.
- a great phone manner and clear communication skills.
