Job Description:

• Conduct forecast briefings and presentations to customers detailing potential impacts to customer operations and probability of different outcomes of pending weather events.
• Generate timely and informative weather impact alerts during active hazardous weather events.
• Quality control the integrity of forecast products being issued to customers and isolate and resolve issues impacting forecast product creation or distribution.
• Develop deep industry understanding of impact of weather forecasts to customer operations.
• Generate poststorm reviews that evaluate the weather impacts to operations and the effectiveness of customer weather action plans.
