As our Head of Business Partnering in our People and Culture team your purpose will be to:

  • Take responsibility for developing and leading our operational HR business partner frameworks to ensure alignment with the organisational strategy, culture change program and evolving needs of the organisation
  • Provide expert coaching, business improvement and organisational effectiveness support and advice to Senior Leaders across Children's Cancer Institute
  • Be a key Change Agent and leader in supporting the organisation to successful transition of CCI, and its partners (SCHN and UNSW) to the new Minderoo Comprehensive Cancer Centre (MCCCC)
  • Coach, lead and manage the Business Partnering team to ensure that our overall employee experience is exceptional
  • Lead organisational change

To succeed you will have

  • Extensive Business Partnering and People leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated change experience in both Business Partnering leadership and organisational change
  • Strong functional HR knowledge and be well versed in all disciplines of the HR function and stay current in emerging talent practices
  • A proven track record of working with and influencing senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience driving major, longterm change activities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
