About the Role

Are you a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic or a Trailer Mechanic, looking for your next adventure? Centurion wants to hear from you

We are currently on the hunt for LV Mechanics to join our Adelaide Workshop, on a full-time basis You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Light Vehicles and Trailers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Centurion's vehicles are in optimal condition, guaranteeing their safety and satisfaction

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and defects.
  • Performing a variety of mechanical repairs, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and components.
  • Welding and fabricating as needed for trailer repair and modification.
  • Conducting safety checks to ensure vehicles and trailers meet all relevant regulations.
  • Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.

Who we are looking for

  • Trade certified in Heavy Diesel Mechanics
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems
