As an InfoSec Analyst, your main responsibility at Ricoh Australia will be to enhance the Information Security program, ensuring effective security controls are in place. You'll serve as an expert on security posture, controls, Compliance, and initiatives within the company.

You should have practical experience in maintaining an ISO 27001 program and possess technical knowledge to handle day-to-day InfoSec and Cyber Security operations independently and support audit activities.

As the go-to person for security queries and incidents, you'll coordinate resources for necessary actions. You'll also play a role in information audit, tender responses, and IT coordination for such requests.

Key Duties

  • Drive Information Security roadmap initiatives
  • Handle security threats and incident responses
  • Conduct system patching and vulnerability assessments
  • Provide technical support and oversee security-related activities
  • Aid in system hardening and secure technical design
  • Manage ISMS and ISO 27001 program
  • Participate in audit programs
  • Contribute to security policies and processes
  • Engage in key governance frameworks
  • Maintain Security Operations Body of Knowledge
  • Analyze tender responses and partner program requirements
  • Govern technology projects in relation to InfoSec

Requirements for Success:

As an ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Min. 3 years of industry experience or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, preferably with a focus on Cyber Security
  • Exposure to and practical experience with ISO 27001
  • Relevant IT certifications (SSCP, CCNA, Security+, etc.)
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Audit participation background
  • Understanding of governance frameworks (ITIL, Prince2, COBIT)
