Job DescriptionThis role reports to National Service, Technical and Warranty Manager, with some support for the Retail EGM. You will be the key contact for service support, you will need to have sound knowledge of workshop administration, workshop flow and workshop systems and processes.
We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff. Must have a good understanding of WHS procedures. Must be a team player. Requirement for PowerPoint presentations that the National Service Manager will present to GM's and the company Board.
National travel is required to conduct training and/or support to our 5 retail branches to ensure branch service administrators are trained and using best practice.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create and maintain Training Courses as per the training manuals.
- Create and manage the role-out of new procedures throughout the branches.
- Assist with the implementation of electronic infrastructure within the workshop and field service departments to improve the efficiencies across the whole department.
- Assist the Technical support team with the documentation management and roll out of the annual training calendar.
- Assist with the setup and management of issue registers with the OEMs and relevant CEA staff on technical and warranty issues.
- Create and maintain Service Process Manuals
- A good understanding of OHS and ensure it is followed at all times in the workplace.
We are looking for the "next level" administrator, able to complete a compelling presentation to hopping on a plane and providing quality face to face training. Whilst in a branch you will need to ensure compliance to the national standard whist creating a positive feel and leave them looking forward to your next visit.
You will need to quickly learn our service process and be able to work autonomously and in a strong team.
