  • Position DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen within our Dandenong team as a Skills Coach working with an exceptionally motivated team of professionals implementing Treatment Foster Care of Oregon (TFCO), a highly acclaimed, evidencebased intervention.

_ What will you do?_

  • Work with children and youth, ages 711 or 1217 years, with behavioural challenges to provide a consistent, reinforcing environment in which prosocial skills are learned and practiced.
  • Work closely with a positive, solutionoriented and supportive team
  • Work with highly trained professional foster parents
  • Solve problems, using your creativity and sense of humour
  • Ensure this behavioural model is delivered with fidelity
  • Transform the lives of children and families

What we ask for.

  • Experience in Youth Work, Education or Sport would be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of behaviour management principles
  • Skill building and training experience, specifically with young people
  • Current driving license (essential)
  • Ability to engage young people in activities
