We are looking for a
-
Data/Database Analyst (SQL) to take on a short term 10 week contract to perform Data cleansing, data preparation and data analytics reporting using Tableau and Power BI.
Here's a snapshot of your day

  • Writing SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract data
  • Develops complex advancement reports using SQL, Microsoft Office and other utilities or languages as necessary
  • Performing ad hoc and structured data analysis
  • Generating quality reports
  • Identify data issues proactively and flag them to respective stakeholders
  • Plan the development process and work towards meeting the defined timelines
  • Share the activity status report to immediate managers
  • Document the development procedure at every stage of the project
  • Uses modeling techniques and tools in analyzing and specifying data structure in large and/or complex data sets
  • Implements best practices in data management to ensure the integrity of the data, the quality of data processes and delivers analyzable or analyzed data to a variety of internal and external clients
  • Business intelligence and reporting software, BI dashboards, data mining and data warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and database querying languages
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
