What we are looking for?

  • Wide knowledge and experience in coffee making with a creative flair
  • Proven experience in a busy cafe environment with high volumes
  • The ability to manage grind and dose to ensure a correct extraction at all times
  • A passion for making, drinking and promoting highquality coffee, with a good knowledge of the industry and the desire to learn more
  • Barista training
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Can go out of their way to create memorable experiences for our guests
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation
  • Availability on weekends and flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays
