In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• utilise your magical bookkeeping powers to maintain accurate financial records. think of yourself as a superhero of numbers, battling discrepancies and conquering calculations.

- collaborate with our team of trailblazers to ensure seamless financial operations. your ability to work with diverse personalities and maintain positive attitude will be your superpower.
- help streamline our financial processes, bringing your innovative ideas to the table. we want someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and create magic with spreadsheets.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in an unconventional and whimsical environment.

- proficiency in the mystical arts of financial software and tools. familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or other enchanting accounting systems is a plus.
- a passion for precision and an eye for detail that can spot a misplaced decimal point from a mile away.
- strong organisational skills that would make even the most chaotic magician's hat envy you.
- a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- polished presentation and immaculate grooming.
- a love for people and a natural rapport builder.
- a confident, professional phone manner.
- experience using MacOS.
- initiative to pre-empt tasks and duties.
