Position Overview:


As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' workplaces are clean, organised, and safe.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial tasks, working independently or as part of a team, all while upholding our company's _
high standards of excellence_.

Your contribution will be crucial in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our clients and their employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial establishments, including offices, retail spaces, medical facilities, and more.
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture to maintain a spotless appearance.
  • Sanitize and disinfect hightouch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and communal areas, to promote a healthy environment.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and hazards.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete larger cleaning projects.
  • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and their staff.
  • Embrace continuous learning and adapt to evolving cleaning techniques and technologies.
