We are looking for
Harvest Offloaders to work across three of our Marine Operations sites, Dover, Okehampton and Strahan. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive working within a high-performing and dynamic team.

About the job:


This position will be working on a 7/7 roster, this involves working 7 days on and then 7 days off.

The hourly rate for this position is $33.31 per hour, including the casual loading (25%). Additional loadings may also be applied.

  • Assist with the offloading of salmon from our harvest vessel into our processing facility with the support of our factory team;
  • Clean up the area after the offloading of fish;
  • Monitor and control the flow and speed of fish from the harvest vessel to the factory via computer screens; and
  • General maintenance and upkeep of vessel and offloading equipment.

About you:

We are looking for hands-on, self-motivated people who are passionate about aquaculture, with the following attributes for success:

  • A positive, "can-do" attitude;
  • Current drivers' license;
  • Physically fit;
  • High standard of safety;
  • Have the right to work full time in Australia; and
  • Previous experience in either a factory or marine setting would be great.
