What we are looking for:

Our client is seeking a HSE Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Update, implement and drive safety procedures, policies, systems, and processes.
• Participate and run safety and incident investigations.
• Injury management and return to work.
• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure the company remains compliant.
• Conduct audits, site inspections and walkthroughs.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
• A proactive, cando attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a HSE Advisor in a construction setting.
• Relevant qualifications in HSE.
• Familiarity in working within a computerised software system and supporting processes, along with proficiency working with Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Fitout experience highly desirable but not essential.
