About the role

  • Lead and influence STARS clinical and nonclinical support networks to maintain service delivery.

  • Maintain highly effective interpersonal skills at all levels across the organisation and Public Private Partnership (PPP) key stakeholders, including engagement, consultation and presentation skills and proven ability in negotiation and influencing to achieve organisational goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide authoritative written advice to senior management on a range of complex organisational project related issues and ability to prepare complex ICT implementation plans, briefings and reports.
