Your Role:_

As the Store Manager, you play a pivotal role at National Geographic Wear.

You will be responsible for leading and driving an engaging, customer driven culture within the store, be in-charge of all store operation to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

You are a natural leader with exceptional people management skills.

Your Purpose:_

  • Be able to create store rosters according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimize the team resources.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a highperforming team environment.
  • Implementing plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the Support Office team.
  • Work closely with your team to fulfill online orders and execute instore activations.
  • Responsible for inventory management including stock takes & cycle counts.
  • Responsible for implementing instore visual merchandising standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes a safe & fun atmosphere.
  • Responsible for instore recruitment, training, and team development for future career possibilities.

To be successful for this role:_

  • At least 23 years of management experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to build a highperforming & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Be selfmotivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI's within a retail atmosphere
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals.
