Overview


As Administration Officers you will be responsible for providing a high quality, confidential, customer focused administrative service to patients, care recipients, staff and visitors to the Tailem Bend District Hospital, working in both the reception area and residential aged care.


Duties include attending to client enquiries by telephone or in person in a professional manner and ensuring they are directed appropriately, assisting with electronic and hard copy correspondence, accurate and timely word processing, preparation of letters, minutes and other correspondence.
