THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a
Chiller Assessor / MSA Grader to join our team in
Lance Creek.

• Visually assess and grade carcasses, as per AUS-MEAT / MSA requirements, using company grading system.
• Maintaining AMG standards and compliance with safe work practices and operating procedures are always adhered to.
• Data collection and reporting.
• Calibration of equipment.
• Assisting with sorting carcasses into chillers.

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally 3 years experiences working in the meat industry, including knife handling skills
• Have (or willing to gain) AUS-MEAT Chiller Assessment Certificate
• Have (or willing to gain) an MSA Grader Certificate
• Unlimited working rights within Australia
• Fully vaccinated _(min 2)_ against COVID1
• Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
• Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
