Our client is a very special local Not-For Profit organisation offering you the opportunity to work on a Permanent Part Time basis (3 days a week/21 hours).

It is an organisation that strives to provide a variety of support services to individuals who have been dealt a rough hand of cards.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand their talent requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Implement and execute innovative strategies to attract the best talent
  • Onboard of new starters
  • Support and collaborate with the HR Lead across the development and implementation of key HR programs and initiatives including the establishment of HRIS software

About Your Background
Ideally our client is seeking someone with either a Recruitment or HR background. Applicants whom possess professional experience within the NDIS space will also be considered. If you have a genuine desire to make a difference, aim for diligence in all that you do, possess excellent communication skills and are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite - we want to hear from you

Remuneration & How To Apply
As a guide, an hourly rate in the vicinity of $40.00 per hour could be expected. This will be discussed/negotiated at interview.
