The first and only street noodle restaurant in Australia to use authentic, made-from-scratch sauce bases directly from Thailand, without preservatives or nasties.

The position involves supporting the restaurant manager to achieve store targets around:


  • CUSTOMER (including customer service, mystery shopper, product quality, complaints and cleanliness)

PEOPLE (including food safety standards, training and staff safety)

SALES (including local store initiatives and executing promotional activities)

PROFITS (including cash and stock control, store maintenance and monitor spending).

  • Love & passionate about food, service and hospitality industry.
