Are you passionate about optics and ready to lead a dynamic team in a vibrant location? Look no further We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Optic Store Manager to join our team in the beautiful Northern Beaches area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daytoday operations of the optic store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of optical professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation to maximize sales and enhance the store's appeal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and personalized service.
  • Implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the local community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in optical retail management or assistant management, with a strong understanding of optical products and services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building customer relationships.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the business.
