Identity Governance Manager | Location - North Sydney, NSW
As the

Identity Governance Manager, you'll enable Allianz Australia to operate with confidence by delivering an effective Identity and Access Governance program and working on key projects for group. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager in Identity Governance

You'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with business teams to develop and embed sound cyber security risk management practices.
  • Identify and perform continuous improvement initiatives including assisting in maturing the policies, standards and procedures owned by the team and helping to embed these across the organisation.
  • Performing deep dives, root cause analysis and providing recommendations for remedial actions, as applicable.
  • Providing pragmatic cyber risk advice with regards to cyber security related risks, issues, incidents and mitigating actions.
  • Develop and maintain Cyber Security Protection and Resilience dashboards and prepare Management and Board reporting.
  • Collaborating with our Global Cyber Security community, liaise effectively with AAL IT and Security Operations teams and contribute towards delivering our Cyber Strategy.
  • Develop and maintain Identity and Access Governance procedures to efficiently and effectively meet access control objectives, also develop and maintain endtoend identity governance processes and procedures.
  • Managing and improve the User Access Review process, including identification and remediation of special accounts and/or deviations such as orphaned accounts, generic accounts and system accounts. Identify, develop and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD's) capabilities including toxic combinations and Role Based Access Controls.
  • Understanding the Identity source of truth and streamlined access provisioning / deprovisioning, user access validation, approval process and reporting within the Global and Local Identity and Access Management systems
  • Assist with the implementation of the Identity & Access Management Target Operating Model.

Critical to your success

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business, commerce, IT, security or other relevant discipline. Hold, working towards, or willing to obtain, a relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA SCF, TOGAF, CCSP or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes, demonstrating awareness of both IT and business strategy.
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to analyse, isolate and interpret a range of data and business needs, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decisionmaking.
  • Selfstarter, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Outcome and customer focused with highly developed 'first principles' problemsolving skills, combined with a curious and creative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical specification writing and documentation, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
  • Advanced technical understanding of Identity and Access Management and Governance tools, OneIdentity and ForgeRock are nice to have but not essential
