SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


We're in search of a committed Tender Coordinator to become a part of Mammoet's Sales Team, under the guidance of the Executive Sales Manager.


In this position, we seek someone with an unwavering enthusiasm for orchestrating and unifying all elements involved within complex Tender submissions.

We require an individual possessing a keen eye for detail, capable of analyzing data and inquiries effectively.

You should exhibit adeptness in managing multiple tasks, possess commercial awareness, display initiative, and be a cooperative team member adaptable to evolving situations.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Monitoring incoming enquiries and managing and overseeing tenders within the Sales Team
  • Allocating tasks to various areas of the team to ensure efficient submission of estimations
  • Liasing with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse and interpret client requirements to provide accurate and achievable estimates
  • Support with collating tender and proposal submissions
  • Pricing new business opportunities and preparing comprehensive quotes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with complex tender submissions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous exposure to bids, tenders and quotations
  • Effective time management coordinating multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to the Heavy Lift Industry is highly regarded
