Deliver support services at the homes of elderly clients aged 65 and over to assist them maintain independence and stay in their own residences.

  • Part-Time roles with average hours of 20-40 per fortnight
  • Hourly rate of $31.38 plus superannuation
  • Reimbursement of $0.92 per kilometer for travel AND paid travel time between appointments

Locations: Ringwood, Kilsyth, Mount Evelyn, Lilydale, Bayswater, Ferntree Gully, Rowville, and neighboring areas.

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
  • Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week from Monday to Friday
  • Available for Day shifts starting at 7am/8am
  • Minimum of 12 months experience or completion of Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / first year of a Nursing course
  • Reside within 15-20km for an easy commute and to support the local community

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: aid clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, medication, mobility, and therapy support
  • Household tasks: light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
  • Community support: provide transportation for appointments, shopping, and social activities

Preferred candidates:

  • Disability support worker
  • Community Services care worker
  • Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
