What this job involves:

We're looking for a full time Painter to join our team on site at Australia's largest 'Built To Rent' community in Southport You will be responsible for the common area internal painting and other duties across portfolio, which consists of 18 residential towers.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Inspect various damaged surfaces including water damaged areas, ceiling and wall cracks for repairs
  • Patching and painting as required
  • Conduct routine site inspections to identify opportunities for proactive works and client reporting
  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines

  • Previous painting experience and qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in multiple areas such as painting, plastering or similar roles
  • Excellent customer service skills
