What this opportunity involves:


As the Experience Lead, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end occupant experience within the assigned property portfolio, focusing on providing outstanding experience in the workplace.


You'll be the key point of contact for our client - Australia's largest telecommunications company, regarding any workplace activities at the site level.

Oversee the day-to-day service delivery by the workplace team and vendor partners, ensuring compliance to SOP's, delivery guides and SLA's.

Transformation into the workplace team of the future
Deliver the best level of service delivery through exceptional attention to detail
Adopt technology and digital platforms to enable workplace experience team to be mobile and present
Proactive development of client relationships, achieving expected service levels
Actively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
Develop and implement operational procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy
Align operations to financial processes
Compliance with JLL and client health, safety, environment and risk management
Manage vendor contract databases ensuring timely updates
Support out-of-hours issues and act as a key team member in response to emergency situations
Engagement with the client business but also other service partners such as security, landlords and JLL teams

Demonstrated experience in Facilities, Corporate Services or similar
Excellent communication and presentation skills
