Job Description:

  • This role is for a Cyber Security Support Engineer managing Netskope DLP and other security tools, a crucial position in our cyber security team that will help enhance Nine's security measures.
  • Main responsibilities include improving DLP controls, supporting DLP rules and processes, managing DLP incidents, and collaborating with various teams across the business.
  • The role also involves working with other Cyber Security tools like endpoint privilege, vulnerability management, and identity tools.
  • As a Cyber Security Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in protecting Nine's critical systems and data by overseeing key controls, maintaining policy settings, managing access, and responding to security incidents.
  • You will also assist in vulnerability management, coordinate remediation efforts, and contribute to enhancing the overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain DLP solutions.
  • Define and enforce policies for DLP management.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify security risks related to DLP.
  • Monitor privileged activities and address anomalies promptly.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security scans.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams for vulnerability resolution.
  • Stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain records of vulnerability assessments and compliance status.
  • Prepare reports on vulnerability management for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred.
  • Proven experience in DLP or cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to address security risks.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Understanding of CVE databases and CVSS.
